Men and women who have kept weight off got active and remained active. A high level of physical activity coupled with a good diet goes a long way. Some of the most popular forms of exercise are walking, cycling, weight lifting, and aerobics.
Eat a proper diet low in calories and bad fat helps to keep the weight off for the long term as well.
