Weight loss is extremely difficult. Especially when you don't know the most effective and best ways to lose weight. Well, in this article, I'll give you what I like to call "weight loss best kept secrets" that'll have you losing weight and keeping it off...for good!

The first "weight loss best kept secret" is nutrition. I know, you probably already heard a thousand people tell you that. But hear me out. You don't have to go on a diet. You just need to eat healthier. Instead of eating fried foods, a bad carbs (simple carbohydrates), you should be eating bake foods, fruits, nuts, good carbs (complex carbohydrates).

An example of bad carbs are sugars, juices, white bread, white pastas, and colas. An example of good carbs are oats, wheat breads, wheat pastas, and apples among other fruits. Eating good carbs allows you to lose weight and keep it off. So with that being said, not all carbs are bad. Just try not to eat too many carbs late at night. They'll get stored as fat!

The second "weight loss best kept secret" is exercising. You need to remain active no matter what. You should do this at least three times a week. Even if it's just walking around your neighborhood. Exercising keeps your muscles tight and toned. And allows you to lose weight fast and safely.

Not only that, but it's a sure fire way to keep you healthy. If you're weight training, make sure you add in some cardio work (running, walking, jogging, etc.). This will help keep you're metabolism high which will result in even more weight loss. Best time to do cardio is in the morning, if possible. But if you can't make it in the morning, anytime during the day will work.

What if you're already doing this and you're still not losing weight. Well, that means you have bad "plumbing". Which means that you're intestines could be filled with un-digested foods, parasites, and other nasty "gunk". I know, it sounds nasty.
